navigating from sub menu to text using html

Hi wonder if anyone can help - I`m very new to this and trying to create a website for my new business. Everything was going great, until I tried to navigate from the sub menu on my landing page to text on one of my other pages. I`ve spent hours trying to get it to work and at the end of my tether. I have written the following using Mathematical as a trial run what am I missing?;

My Transcription page to landing page command works fine but it only needs to take me to the page, I want to jump to text from here.

Any help would be great, thanks
