Copy a Button?

There is an Add to Cart button on my product page.

I am trying to create a View Cart button right below it.

I have managed to create a functioning button by adding poor html through a plugin.

I can't get it sized right or lined up with the Add to Cart button on both desktop and mobile.

Also, I don't know if my pathetic attempt at HTML is a good long term solution.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
