Sending several links in website to one url (which changes a lot)

I think I may have found my answer while typing but here goes...........................

I have a website for our hotel - royalclarencehotel.com

Within that website, I have several BOOK NOW icons which all need to point to one booking page.

However, that booking page code can often change.

I obviously don't want to have to go into 30+ html pages to replace the links (and doing a find/replace on notepad++ could be hassle too)

Is there an easy way of coding this so that the original links stay the same but I only have to change the final link as and when

-- I did just think that I could set up a page redirect in my hosting panel and change the page in there - would that be the easiest?
