var_dump not displaying all POST

All my form inputs have names, a mix or checkbox, radio, select and text. I did a var_dump because of errors I am getting. There are two radio, a checkbox, a select and text that are not displaying in the var_dump. If assuming var_dump displays everything in POST, then POST is not reading/seeing all inputs. Or var_dump is not very reliable/dependable. Is this a config issue with php?
