Create Dynamic Search Form

Hello,
Please help on how or where to start on how to create a pop up form like the website below:
Intero Real Estate Services

I have already create a video gallery page which contain a whole bunch of video. I want to have a search bar like them so that when a visitor type in their city it will comes up in stead they have to go through the gallery to look for it.

Please help
