Hi everyone,
I am new to this forum. Just joined today. I'm a newbie and still struggling with the intricacies of html, css, javascript, etc. I am currently working on a website index to make it mobile-friendly. It was originally developed in Dreamweaver MX 2004 and I have tried several attempts to edit the source code to make it responsive but no luck. I've change the HTML settings in the meta tags to include "viewport" and changed the CSS rulings to accept smaller screens. Also, edited the header to include padding=0, margin=auto but none of these changes seemed to work. Any help from you guys is highly appreciated. Thank you.
