BING API and Pagination acting weird

Ha guys,

I am currently working with the BING API. I am trying to make a pagination but it is acting weird.
The API gives an estimate back off all results it has found. Thus is you show 50 a page with 200 results that means you have 4 pages.
Sometimes when you are on page 3, your out of results (for example).

Does anyone know, or has experience on how to make a proper pagination that is reliable? cause at the moment this is anything but reliable :(
