Response Buttons in Outlook e-mail body?

Wondering if you can help.

At the moment I have a system where Authorisers are sent an email, whereby they click reply to the email and type in the word Approve or Decline and then click the SEND button

I want to make this task easier for the end users and have click buttons within the Outlook Email which they click on and it sends a reply automatically with the relevant wording in the body... AND also SEND the reply itself, is this possible?

So to summarise:

1) User receives email
2) User clicks their choice
3) The code replies to open email and puts a line at the top saying "Approve" and sends the email

Is this possible?

I've played with Aref, which creates a NEW Email etc, but the user still has to click send and it does not contain the original message.

Any ideas?
