Error No 1045 from my pc to our website database.

I can't coect from my pc to our website database using sqlyog. 2 days ago, i can coect, but now i can't. Our website is fine and ruing. The access that I am trying with sqlyog is the the one that our website is using. I created another user with '%' as host, but I can't still coect with it from my pc to our online website mysql. What should i do?
