Navagation Bars

I am building a community website and need to use a navigation bar. I have made the navigation bar using a drop-down creation software (Shimbi.com)
the software is excellent and I am very happy with the navigation bar however I actually need two (2) navigation bars on the one page.

No matter what I try to do the code that has built the navigation bar will not allow me to faithfully reproduce the second bar.

It will allow the creation of the second bar but has stripped it of most of its features

Can anyone give me assistance in finding out where the problem lies
