need help finding an element on a page

Hi everyone,

I'm still a novice at html/css but I managed to land a job doing both at a company. I'm trying to find the source of the background image element but I can't seem to locate it. tried to 'inspect' it but it's not popping up in the code window, I can't even save the background image of the website to my computer. I'm a little lost and could use the help.
