News page keeps jumping

I am working on a website for charity, the news page keeps jumping in the header so that when I click to a link in the navigation, the news link say, the page will jump. I've tried copy and pasting the heading to all pages, but it still does it. Can anyone help? hubb.org.uk/news/html
