CSV file to myPHP

something of a novice here.

I'm trying to download a file into php to then be used on a web site.
4000 records
I'm downloading into php to make sure its searchable

File will be formatted like this in excel, this is a snap shot of just 4 records

All 4000 records are hidden BUT if a user puts in a part of a zip code eg 1st 2nd characters, all the companies that have those first two characters in there zip code will appear. They will in effect be those companies that are near the customer.

Initially I want to be able just to download to the web site
I guess I will work out the html for the front end search criteria later

Q What should the .csv file look like so that the data can be imported into myPHP and then extracted in correct format so its readable.
