Help on Simple table

Hi to everyone first off all ı want to ask a simple quesiton.I want to make simple table like on photo ı upload.On small squares ı want to put a small writings and when a person click on button on right side ı want it to show.
I tried alot for it but every time its a failure.
I was thinking to se this for my website : Do

I payed for this website but ı dont want to pay more ı want to learn how to do it.
