Windows Program

Hello. I have a slight isue. I want to create a windows program that includes a map and some location to a specific city. When I want to see the location details, like a shop, I want to show me the phone number and adress. There are like 100+ locations. How to do that? I am not experienced in C++ or Java at all, a litle bit of Python thought. Can you please help me with that? Thank you.
