Navigation bar only works in Firefox

Hello,

My website ukrtprasse.com/personal/kurt (please reverse the first 2 letters. junk protection) has a navigation bar with links on the top. Unfortunately the links in the bar only show in Firefox. Safari and Chrome show the blank bar with no links. I created this website a while ago in iWeb. Everything else works perfectly.

I was wondering if anyone would be kind enough to tell me what i can do to fix this. I am a beginner but I am good at figuring things out and I know how to use Taco html editor. Thank you kindly.
