Automatically Updating Policy Pages

I hope you can help with this. :)

My current role as a web developer involved me developing and maintaining multiple websites under the same trust of schools. This means it is one "trust" that has around 10 different websites.

The new CEO of the trust has asked if we can develop a system where we add the policies (Privacy Policy, Behaviour Policy etc) are added to one page and are then automatically sent to the other websites.

The only example I could think of would be if I created a page on the main trust website, added all the policies to it and then developed a system where this page is "mirrored" on the other websites. I just don't know the code for that kind of system.
